Job Description:

ROI Consulting Group is currently seeking an applications engineer to provide full life-cycle project implementation of IWMS/CPIP and facilities management technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement and configure IWMS/CPIP systems to meet client requirements.
  • Provide high level consulting with a focus on client requirements and a broad understanding of real estate and workplace management technologies
  • Conduct configuration, training, implementation, technical consulting, business process workflow analysis, data migration and clean up
  • Identify initiatives that are out of scope
  • Determine requirements and design specifications using agile methodology to translate customer needs into solutions
  • Serve as client-facing business representative for business critical or multifaceted issues ensuring they are handled in a consistent, urgent and professional manner.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 – 4 years of direct hands on IWMS/CPIP and or workplace technology experience
  • 2 – 4 years of experience using a project management tool Wrike preferred
  • Experience working on a IWMS/CPIP project delivery team servicing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Detail oriented
  • Solid customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Understanding of the Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry
  • A detailed understanding of the different space measurement techniques such as BOMA, IFMA etc. and where each is applicable
  • Hands-on understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit particularly as it is applied in integrated IWMS/CPIP solutions and the areas of best practice document control processes and standards
  • Ability to work both independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Computer Science or related discipline or related experience
